Hello, you have already noticed that there are currently uncertainties. 0.2 up or down is okay. But if you end up at 2 or higher. As long as you are satisfied, conclude it. I did that too and never regretted it. It can always be cheaper. You never catch the cheapest moment anyway.

0.1% means approximately 2250.-- interest costs for the 15 years. If [Sondertilgungen] are not planned anyway, I would waive it, it might make some difference if you switch to a full repayment borrower.

Hello so 1.15% is already very good, at the end of the year I have done some forwards under 1%. Currently, it is going upwards. But I think as of today it can still get a bit cheaper. If interested, just get in touch.

Thanks for the feedback. I have a direct appointment this week at the Commerzbank. Let's see what conditions they will ultimately offer me. The trend is that I will now conclude the forward.

Hey Free2abc

you are also welcome to get in touch, as a rule Commerzbank offers better conditions through the portal than in the branch!

so as an intermediary I can also offer you a comparison

Hi, thanks for the offer. Unfortunately, I can't start a conversation with you because I have too few posts.
Can you try to message me?

The first contact was via Commerzbank online. They then referred me to a branch.
