Yes, that’s really bad. It has to be changed. I wouldn’t know how. But the architect will have to do that.

Please excuse me, I somehow had trouble with quoting. I hope I have now answered all the initial questions. It was not intentional. I am really happy about such a forum and very grateful for fresh and new ideas.

Nowadays it’s ordered via WA. ;) on the topic: leave the straight staircase as it is and plan one that fits the house. Then you’ll also solve the big rest.

I'm not an expert, but I hope and believe that much has been taken into account. The builder has constructed around 40 houses in a new development area. We took the trouble to ring the doorbell at many and just asked. Everyone was very satisfied with price and performance. I hope we will be satisfied too.
Flooring is included, painting is not. Spackling is also not included. We'll do that ourselves.

The ones I call here once ridge beams do not receive any support due to the lack of load-bearing walls, but instead span freely between the gable walls. Overall, the gable roof with knee wall 185 on a presumably "city villa" catalog design is unusual, and I further suspect that it resulted from the moderation between the client's wishes and the development plan requirements. It would have been more clever not to start from a square floor plan. Now, and if you essentially want to stick to this design, however, the inherently unwise straight staircase cannot really be changed either.
