At this point (NW) a parking space will be created. This must be there because the city requires it. Additionally, it is excavated a bit deeper there so that the windows in the basement are free.

Yep, good idea if the floor plan actually stays like that. We'll include it. Thanks

The idea here was the available space. You could still install knee wall windows and then place the beds underneath. That would basically also work.

By now we’ve come to the point that we might possibly cancel the air space.

The finished basement? Or just the bare basement? And how are the excavations around the house being secured? Later on, is there the possibility to convert a utility basement into a living basement? The former is included in the construction service description, a living basement costs (flat rate) twice as much

What a pity. Just a pity. This corner, if nicely landscaped, would be a great seating area. My neighbors only sit at this kitchen terrace in the NW.

It's a pity that you don't respond to my post, the only one. By the way, I stand by it, the price will never hold. Do you know everything that has to be done on the construction side? What the fixed price refers to? What about flooring/painting? So the garage is included as well... as much as I wish it for you... that can't work.
