A peninsula has a connection to the mainland on one side. This can be a wall here, or a kitchen unit.

Exactly.
A 100 cm work width also has the advantage that you can roll out dough deeper. The 60 cm one is regularly too narrow for me and I have to resort to the dining table.

Where is the exit to the terrace?
You don’t want to have to walk around the peninsula, kitchen unit, etc. just because you want to put a glass of water on the terrace.

Consider whether you want to reduce the dressing room by 20 cm. Then you can move the children's rooms and bedroom doors, and a wardrobe would fit against the wall behind both rooms.

I would also consider whether it would be more sensible to access the bedroom through the dressing room. If one of the two has to get up earlier, it is much easier if the dressing room is not a captive room of the bedroom, but the other way around.
