Does the staircase have to be straight? I think it makes the office and the utility room narrow and awkwardly shaped... Two doors for the pantry seem inconvenient to me, how wide is the room at the narrowing? The hallway will be dark, even if you keep the window (where will the coats hang then?), after all, it faces north... I would make the door to the open-plan room double-leaf or as a large sliding door, take all the light you can get. Kaho, I can largely agree with you.

Apart from the previous points of criticism, which I would like to agree with, I unfortunately have to address the bedrooms on the upper floor. You probably have separate bedrooms. Is that correct? Then I would really design each room nicely with a wider bed and not a child-size one and banish the wardrobes as far as possible. I hope the drawn-in furnishings do not correspond to the actual ones. So I would imagine my personal bedroom differently.

The topics of staircase direction, wardrobe (additionally) under the stairs, as well as the entrance to the living room (there was initially a double-leaf door there....) will be thoroughly reviewed again. A straight staircase is a MUST (not up for discussion). Also, room optimization of the guest room and the area in the dining room. Thank you very much for the previous hints and comments - they are helpful and assist in finding a better solution.

I wrote at the beginning that the furniture does not correspond to reality. The beds are significantly larger - and will remain so. It is also clear that no wardrobes are planned: there is a dressing room for that.

Sorry. I overlooked that. Make something nice out of it. You have received enough suggestions by now :-)
