Is there a special reason why the house is placed so far up? It looks quite nice, but costs??? What budget did the architect receive?
Is there a surveyor's plan with elevation details that can be read?

The goal is to get as much garden space as possible...

Indeed, gravel was already placed there by the previous owners. Nothing more has happened there. Unfortunately, I cannot say more about it. Unfortunately, I do not have any photos there...

The garden can also be terraced. That’s up to 6m of fill in the south? A house with multiple levels would be suitable here. Nicely adapted to the slope.

The garage may possibly (currently being checked) be changed to a double garage. For this, a double garage would be built on the southern property boundary, since filling would have to be done there anyway. So far, I have not seen anything with several levels that really appealed to me.

Even if money does not play a (significant) role for you, I would have planned the house completely differently if you are mostly just the two of you. Far too much dead and unused space to accommodate "guests" for a short time - even if they are your own children. But that is off topic. Says the part-time father of three girls (+ two children of my current partner).
