The ground floor from the architect's design is at least logically structured. On the upper floor, I would have swapped the child with the parents and left the rest as it is. Then the man would have his short way to the bathroom. Maybe you could even add a children’s bathroom, then you would have two showers. But you can definitely build better.

Do you have agriculture or a profession/hobby where you get very dirty? Dirt lock, terrace to wash off the dirt?

The house is refreshing and different in appearance. How did you come up with that? Did you ever have a house like that?
The budget could be tight.
Such a big house and so many narrow spots.
The technical room is really supposed to house only the technology and maybe a snow shovel. Many people also store the toolbox, spare batteries, and adhesive tapes there. The garage-technology door looks really narrow.
I only know dirt locks from agriculture and yes, it makes sense there. Usually, there is also a shower connected directly.
You have 2 wardrobes that are far apart. I can already see it. "Hurry up, the school bus is leaving soon." "Mom, where are my shoes?" And off it goes, hallway, kitchen, pantry, dirt lock just to realize they are not there, so pantry, kitchen, terrace, yay there they are.
WC in the guest bathroom very tight.
Very much hallway space due to the walking paths.
With 2x home offices and the space, wouldn't a second study make sense?
Study possibly upstairs so the upper floor is not so empty.

Upstairs the dressing room, the anteroom in front, much is below the 2m line,
e.g. the seating area in the huge hallway, the closet in the dressing room etc.

Somehow the floor plan and the house shape do not fit together.

I would think of the upper floor in this direction. With the staircase running in the mirrored direction. Then it is not directly opposite the front door downstairs either. No idea if it aligns vertically and from the phone it’s all just scribbled.

Is it possible to shorten the house by 2 meters, namely the wardrobe nook at the top of the plan and the living/dining area?

I was just thinking the same. Shorten the house by 2 or 3 meters. Shift the gable to the left and then immediately construct the roof of the veranda from it.

I can hardly see any American standard. Every bedroom has its own bathroom there. I would not like the corridor next to the stairs with the sloping roof. Many standard designs have more to offer.
