The loggia was repainted and, as on the other side, a storage room was planned. The ground floor plan is still missing the garage on the side, through which one then enters the house via the side corridor.

Where is north? At the top?

I don't like some things in the plans: It will be a huge house, with a lot of space, so why only 13 sqm for the children's room... is that already net? In my opinion, the kitchen is way too big, but everyone has their own taste. And 3 bathrooms? I would leave out one of them.

North is on the left, so the south is by the entrance door. Yes, the children's rooms are net, it's annoying with the knee wall but it is required. On the ground floor, there will only be a guest toilet, but with the possibility to install a shower.

Hi, I also want to give my two cents: - I don't like the long corridor at the top (couldn't it be cut in half and the space assigned to the two rooms - they're pretty small anyway, right? Accessing the bedroom through the dressing room also has advantages. - I also find the kitchen too big - do you need that? - do you have/need two entrances? You could also optimize the hallway on the ground floor. Good luck with optimizing!

Yes, we know the kitchen is quite large, but the other rooms on the ground floor are all a good size as well, and making the entire floor plan smaller is almost impossible because we need the space upstairs due to the sloping roof. It is also intended that in an emergency, the living room can be turned into another room, then the dining room can be used as the living room, and the kitchen can include the dining area. The second entrance on the side is actually from the garage, it is just not shown in the plan.

So I quite like the draft. The only thing that immediately catches my eye... I would make the door between the kitchen and living room bigger. Depending on the preferred interior style, maybe floor-to-ceiling?
