Upper floor with the first option. The dimensions are not exact...

I prefer V2 because I also find it nicer if the staircase is not the first thing you see when you come in, however I would mirror the staircase so that the bottom of the stairs comes first. And I would also make the hallway a bit wider. I think the living and working rooms can easily afford a few centimeters less in width. We have a 1.2m wide fairly long hallway and if there is nothing there it is okay in terms of width, but as soon as there is, for example, a piece of furniture, it becomes very tight.

I tend to V3 – Just install an elevator

Mirroring will be difficult. It looks good, but then I won’t manage up there with the floor plan. There are quite a few rooms. The bathroom has to stay in the corner.
Nothing can be taken away from the living room.

An elevator would of course also be a good idea.

Hello, we had the same problem... we originally wanted a real landing staircase like yours in variant 2, but decided on a 1/4 turn staircase like yours in variant 1... because the hallway really becomes narrow and dark.

Otherwise, our plans are similar. House dimensions for us are 12.50x)m with 3 children's rooms and an office

Both are not great! One has a long narrow hallway, the other has the staircase entrance right at the front door. Both are crap! House still in planning! Nothing is fixed! Therefore: plan again! The staircase is the most important and should be right. Then you can build the floor plan around it. There is no reason for either fish or fowl if you don't like either!
