Good evening!
Thank you all for the quick and above all honest feedback. That’s exactly the kind of response we signed up for!
Kitchen and guest area as a passageway and hallway for all family members who want to withdraw – that is more bad than good.
The idea behind this is that the cooking/eating area serves as a central room where a large part of everyday life takes place. If you want to avoid the kitchen as a passage room, the alternative would be a narrow, windowless, and fairly long hallway to reach all other rooms.
Shower in the guest WC, for what? [...] And quite a few areas don’t work, like tub/shower
In case mornings get hectic with five people, there is an alternative here. But good point – certainly an option to repurpose 2 sqm. The bathroom is awkwardly positioned in the picture. But 10 sqm should be enough to accommodate everything there.
Living room for 5 people as a passage room to the office, which should be secluded?
I’m not quite sure if it’s the access to the office that bothers you here or the location in general? Feel free to suggest an alternative spot where the office would be better placed.
Bedroom width, table length only for 2 chairs over 2/2.5 meter length
Please explain more clearly what exactly is meant by this.
A bedroom width of 3.30 m should be sufficient. We currently have a 1.80 m bed, so there’s still 0.75 m of space on each side.
The OP apparently didn’t feel like dealing with the criticism... checked back here dozens of times, but no response…
Before things escalate even more... Detailed answers – and you deserve them – will usually be given by evening. Before that, work and our daughter are more important! But that doesn’t stop us from following the thread and reading along.
Rest to follow ;)
