Unfortunately, I can't quite imagine the situation on the property. Would it be possible to move the building further north to have more garden space in the south? Otherwise, the entrance is interesting but not really practical. Two separate stairs are very convenient, but here the wardrobe is too small; where should shoes be stored, a place to sit down, and clothes for 4 people be kept? Also, the wardrobe obstructs the stairs, which looks somewhat unattractive. The kitchen as a simple two-liner would be more usable, the [Fresswarze] makes no sense, the dining area is not very cozy due to the sliding door, and the living room is more for people who don't like watching TV. Overall, the orientation of the rooms is questionable. It might be better if the living room were shifted largely downward on the plan, with the outer wall flush with the neighboring building, allowing for a long view into the south-facing garden. The upper floor needs explanation. What is supposed to happen in the bedroom that it looks the way it does? Why is the bathroom located where it is, the children's room 1 in the north, and why such a zigzag in the bathroom, and small windows? WD
