Hmm, as a layperson, I notice the different children's room sizes... that could lead to arguments later...

Unfortunately, I can't quite imagine the situation on the property. Would it be possible to move the building further north to have more garden space in the south? Otherwise, the entrance is interesting but not really practical. Two separate stairs are very convenient, but here the wardrobe is too small; where should shoes be stored, a place to sit down, and clothes for 4 people be kept? Also, the wardrobe obstructs the stairs, which looks somewhat unattractive. The kitchen as a simple two-liner would be more usable, the [Fresswarze] makes no sense, the dining area is not very cozy due to the sliding door, and the living room is more for people who don't like watching TV. Overall, the orientation of the rooms is questionable. It might be better if the living room were shifted largely downward on the plan, with the outer wall flush with the neighboring building, allowing for a long view into the south-facing garden. The upper floor needs explanation. What is supposed to happen in the bedroom that it looks the way it does? Why is the bathroom located where it is, the children's room 1 in the north, and why such a zigzag in the bathroom, and small windows? WD

What is a feeding nipple?

My ideas in brief, I will be happy to elaborate upon request ;-)

1.) What does the basement look like? I'm asking about storage options.

2.) Possibly a closed staircase to the upper floor and then a small wardrobe inside for shoes/jackets that you wear often but not daily.

3.) Why a counter in the kitchen if the dining table is right next to it?

4.) Does "Raff" mean that you want to install [Raffrollos] on the south side inside instead of [Außenjalousien]?

5.) How is the large south-facing window in the bedroom shaded?

6.) The bathroom will be too dark: no light will reach the sinks. I would install a skylight with an [Außenjalousie] there. Maybe a dormer? Do you actually have plans for the exterior view of the south side?

7.) The upstairs hallway will be very dark because all 4 doors are closed. The window from below won't be enough. Since the bedroom is also very large (unfair to the kids, who spend much more time in their rooms), why don't you make the bedroom smaller (square-shaped), have an open reading nook upstairs, 2 dormers for the bathroom and bedroom, and also high light shafts towards the reading nook on the wall between the bathroom and bedroom upstairs? Do you understand me? :D
