At the moment, for example, we are struggling a bit with the guest bathroom, which has no window.
I would see a guest bathroom without a window as one of the smaller problems or as unproblematic, provided it is a guest bathroom that is only used rarely.
In the current draft, it is a central hallway
Currently, you show two hallways, separated by a sliding door. The excess interior space is due to the shape and is difficult to integrate; the sliding door is not only unnecessarily expensive but also uncomfortable to operate.
The hallway will get light through the glass door to the living room and a strip of light next to the exterior door. Unfortunately, no more is possible.
It remains dark, and it is possible, but not if you consider such a plan as fixed.
The floor plans #1, #6, and #8 are completely different and, in addition, one is upside down. How is one supposed to recognize the cardinal direction on top of that?
Which one applies now?
If it is #6 now, I would also be interested in the dimensions of the indicated staircase. In plan #8, no staircase is visible.
It is extremely inconvenient that the children's room is accessed from the vestibule, whereas the heating room is closer and practically in the living area.
Upon entering the guest bathroom, you stand inside the shower. A bathroom with 20 sqm requires good planning; otherwise, it will end up as is often done by laypeople, where something is attached to the sides (toilet, washbasin, etc.) and the unnecessarily large middle area is wasted. Is there a more detailed plan on this, because as it looks now, it does not look good at all. The dressing room has an apparently endlessly long wall; this also will hardly be possible to design in a cozy way, and this room also looks unattractive, as if it ended up like this because there was no other space left for it.
This is also how it appears to me overall, and not like a living layout created from the inside, according to individual needs, with the goal of creating at least a charming living feeling.
There is also an architect contract with 35k
But he surely has not seen this yet, right?
I would rather have the architect design it completely anew, because the current layout would go straight into the round file with me; that's what you have an architect for.
