You can still try to answer the questions yourself.

You are crazy :p I agree with you... the hip roof looks better. Another point I will think about... The bathroom is of course bigger now. On the other hand, the other room doesn’t seem as good anymore. I think a compromise has to be found there. For me personally, a small bathroom with a shower is enough. Others (especially women) prefer a bigger bathroom with a tub.

sorry, it was not intentional... the access road will probably be partially paved. The parking spaces are of course a big problem. I can’t tell you if they will all be built like that. In the later plan, they definitely have to be present.

Another solution for the parking spaces: Simply rotate P2 and P3 so that 25m2 of paving is saved, and these two parking spaces could also be nicely hidden on 4 areas of grass pavers under the respective tires if you otherwise have grass everywhere there. And there would still be space for a garden shed for bicycles and especially the lawnmower. The entrance would then naturally have to be on the other side at P1, where it would also be barrier-free due to the slope.

How is the demand? Does it not matter what you offer - everything gets rented? For example, one could also consider building 2 unequal halves. But here again the question: If you move in yourself, what do you wish for?

The question was where it is and how to reach the parking spaces. :( How is number 1 supposed to be reached? From where are numbers 2-8 accessed? We don’t know the property?! What is next to the properties? Are there roads there? Is the idea to access all spaces from the road? That probably isn’t allowed in Bavaria either… You should rather think about turning circles than arguing prematurely about central and decentralized ventilation.
