So still for a family? But that doesn't necessarily mean tenants feel the same. Either they are in distress or they keep looking. And which target groups are being addressed? A simple floor plan in residential construction is no rocket science, but attractive for a couple or functional for a small family—that's a challenge. Who is a cooking-dining-living room of just under 20 sqm aimed at?

A new building near Munich with good energy efficiency attracts so many tenants that you don't even know which one to choose. Whether the living room is a bit too small or the bathroom has only a shower doesn't matter in such a location. People rent whatever is available. And the tenants are lining up. One must not forget: it's not about a single-family house but a residential building for renting. There, these floor plans with rather smaller rooms are standard in residential construction and are rented out well. Normal developer floor plans. But the tenant is only interested in one thing, namely whether they get the apartment.
