Thank you very much for your criticism and suggestions. Much of what personally bothers me has already been mentioned. I’ll go through the posts from top to bottom.
A bigger bed wouldn’t fit there, my point.
Yes, slightly. You can see a compass depicted on the GoogleMaps image.
The passage from the garage through the utility room is desired because we want to use it as a dirt sluice... ...but we have decided on the dirt sluice. The laundry should end up in the utility room via a laundry chute...!!
I understood correctly that you want the entrance/passage to the garage where either your musty laundry is stored or/and your white laundry is currently drying. That you question your laundry room with your street shoes, which are more dirty than clean from outside, I don’t have to understand now [emoji848].
Outsourcing technology is not an option.
I see the focus here is once again "I want to get from the garage to the house, no matter the cost, whether it makes sense or not," and everything else is tolerated. Solution: simply plan a nice cloakroom and wardrobe in the entrance area first, then start the stairs. Also zonings: office and WC in front, storage rooms and technology on the side, living and kitchen on the chocolate side. The pantry can be inside as well as the freezer. Sensible and according to the room program (everything is clearly planned on the ground floor here, causing an overhang to the upper floor) utility room upstairs so that the common room can reach a nice 50 sqm. Finally, the garage.
