Ok, all right, budget-wise I'm not very experienced yet, more like just start drawing blindly ;). Still, I kindly ask to refocus on the floor plan now, the message of a too low budget has been received :). Topic budget: How can I roughly calculate this floor plan with current prices? So that I can get a feel for it once and educate myself in which direction I am actually planning? I am very grateful for tips / links / sources :). Regarding the sqm, the 850 sqm was my initial rough estimate for the first framework conditions. How much it will be in the end is not fixed yet.

Even I cannot (and do not want to) list all the threads for you here in which you could find that out: 1. plan according to your needs (not your appetite for chocolate) 2. assume a worst-case price per square meter, for example 3000 instead of "only" 2800 euros. 3. if it turns out "cheaper" afterwards, do not cry over "missed" palace-like square meters, but be happy about the freed-up budget for immediate landscaping realization or faster repayment. 4. if you end up swimming in exorbitant creditworthiness because of this, just build the next house as a little castle or gold chain villa.
In Bavaria and BW, the cheap GUs have long since reached €3500/m2. I just saw such an offer the other day. Additional costs include ancillary expenses, garage, outdoor facilities, etc. Equipment costs anyway. The whole thing is a pipe dream at €650k all-in. Therefore, it makes no sense at all to discuss the floor plan. The only help here is a redesign with 50m2-80m2 less. And even then, you have to work from the lower shelf. This is currently the reality.
Take out the basement, plan on the upper floor without an air space, smaller hallway but with a storage room, smaller utility room, carport instead of garage, then it could already fit the budget
