@kbt:
In the east, the garage is on the border, I only did it that way for aesthetic reasons.
The dark hallway can possibly be compensated by shorter storage space behind the garage.

:
The pantry problem is known, but (still) without a solution :)

Thanks for the other suggestions, we will definitely consider them (toilet, hallway (enlarge the study, it’s tight anyway)

So, a lot has happened again. These are the new drafts. The architect has planned in a similar size to us (similar to the current draft), but we want/must reduce to about 135-140 sqm. I find the pantry with sliding doors quite well solved, so a thin pantry with 1m is sufficient. The stairwell can be separated so that it can be developed as a separate stairwell with or without a basement.

Is it intentional that you can only get to the living room through the pantry? No room for technology/utility room desired or planned to be in the basement? Kitchen with comparatively little space for kitchen furniture. The rear part of the hallway on the ground floor could become quite a dark story. Best regards td

Oops, no. Of course not, the door normally comes to the passage. (Glass door), which hopefully also provides somewhat better light. It is planned with a basement, yes. That is why I drew the kitchen a bit larger. (Room divider) Possibly the kitchen will also be closed off, so that one gains another 1m of counter space each.

Morning

The corridors have too many corners, the pantry is 50% a passageway, the rest is only difficult to use.
That also fits in a kitchen cabinet.

Just an idea:
Pantry. gone. Extend the guest room wall through to the living room, make the WC narrower and the bedroom/guest room slightly wider.

: if that is a chimney flue in the living room, please check upstairs, the wall layout/door openings probably don't match.

Ellie
