On a plot of this size and for your age, I would definitely build a bungalow. Why do you want to put yourself through stairs in old age that you might not be able to manage someday?
Not responding to follow-up questions doesn't help either.
What is he supposed to write? Someone dares to enter the forum with the first post, finds the questionnaire and shares the first idea, and then realizes that they are not taken seriously because no one even remotely addresses what they really intend to do.

Then read my post #3 I am very willing to help. But questions should be answered.
If the stairs no longer work, the ground floor will no longer meet the needs.
Have a look at [nullbarriere], they have floor plan examples.
I would plan a bungalow.

I really can’t see here "what he really intends to do" other than to build a non-bungalow bachelor pad as an "age residence in the mountains." What he should write would accordingly be 2. to respond to the follow-up questions and 1. to clarify this obvious conceptual contradiction. So far, only people have responded who are well-known here as willing helpers. However, also as humorous reminders of the questioners’ duty to contribute constructively. If someone simply posts "my first SH3D child’s drawing," of course there is no overwhelming applause.
