So, then I’ll get started.
But I am also a bit afraid of the reactions
(the tiny house is a joke, there won’t be one)

Development Plan/Restrictions
Size of the property 589sqm
Slope -
Site coverage ratio 0.4
Floor space index -
Building envelope, building line and boundary: 3m distance to the neighbor, otherwise no restrictions
Edge development -
Number of parking spaces
Number of floors 2
Roof shape -
Architectural style -
Orientation -
Maximum heights/limits 10m

Requirements of the Clients
Architectural style, roof shape, building type Wooden house with combined block wall, gable E/W so roof on the shorter 8m wall (8x8.5m)

Basement, floors no basement. 1.5 floors
Number of persons, age 2, 35 and 36
Space requirements on ground floor, upper floor Ground floor could be a bit larger than planned but also fine as is, upper floor is good
Office: family use or home office? Partly home office
Overnight guests per year - 10, but for several weeks
Open or closed architecture open
Conservative or modern construction method Wood? I don’t know what is meant
Open kitchen, cooking island open yes, island no
Number of dining seats 2, table is foldable, then also 4
Fireplace no
Music/stereo wall small speakers
Balcony, roof terrace no
Garage, carport maybe carport later, not at first
Kitchen garden, greenhouse kitchen garden yes, greenhouse later yes
Further wishes/special features/daily routine, including reasons why this or that should or should not be One of the two persons is chronically ill and therefore unable to work and home a lot, the other person partly in home office.
The lower room has a bed for visitors and is otherwise used as a craft room / private office.
Both persons have their own rooms / shared flat not a couple

House design
Who designed it: me, privately without prior knowledge
-Do-it-Yourself yes.
What do you particularly like? Why? Bed under the slant, there will be a roof window each, also upstairs in the bathroom
Laundry room and bathroom on the east/north side, living areas SW or SO.
Cozy living room, not too big is liked
Lower room: possibility for guests to have their own room, possibly also to be used as a bedroom in case of injury/disability etc.

What do you not like? Why? Bathroom and kitchen not yet fully planned.
At first we wanted the laundry room next to the kitchen, but it also fits as is now.

Price estimate according to architect/planner: 260,000
Personal price limit for the house, including equipment: some leeway upwards
Preferred heating technology: so far planned is air-to-water heat pump, still gathering information

If you have to do without, which details/extensions
-could you do without: it is already quite compact
-could you not do without:

Why is the design the way it is now? For example
First own attempt, please be kind
Not everything fits 100% yet, first rough floor plan.
Windows, bathroom and kitchen are not yet finally furnished/aligned in terms of furniture.
Stair size estimated for now, but leaning strongly towards a landing staircase.

What is the most important/basic question about the layout in 130 characters?
Are there better solutions due to orientation?
Generally things that might not work that I have overlooked?

Take a look at the distances you sometimes have. Washbasin bathtub, bathtub toilet The bathroom may only be entered with a maximum shoe size of 40. Living room. Today someone kindly posted a picture of [3,5m room depth]. There 2.75 is more than little. I find the hallway almost too big in relation to the rest.

For the size, I would consider building "American style," meaning without a real hallway. Front door directly into the living room and then using tall shelves as room dividers. Or even playing with the staircase.

On the one hand, the common area is very, very narrow (you'll strain your eyes there, my mother would say), on the other hand, the guest room in L-shape is too small or the legs are too narrow to furnish it well. It is not suitable as a bedroom for someone with a disability. The adjoining WC is not suitable either. You should forget that idea with the minimal size. A rectangular room would be better here, while a utility room in L-shape would not be a problem. The staircase is oversized for the house! Where would your 2-meter line be on the upper floor? The bathroom won't work the way you imagine it. There must be about one meter of free movement in front of the toilet, the shower has its dimensions, the bathtub has its dimensions. I would also go for something more American, or alternatively Japanese: a home office in a closet room, for example... but you would have to weigh whether a few more square meters in the floor area would be more advantageous than such built-ins.

I also fear that some things here are too small/too tight. Crawling into bed from the foot end does not seem very comfortable to me, especially if you also have to be careful not to bump your head. Is there a [Kniestock]?

Just checked if there are even such "small" floor plans on the net. Came across the Raumwunder 90 from Town&Country. Maybe it can be used as a basis?
