You can install the sink however you like. We have it about 90 high, which fits me perfectly at 1.68 m. I already had that in the old house and kept it. Just try it out, make something out of crates or the like.

That is not quite correct. Uncomfortable are those plastic attachments that are placed on "normal" toilets when the need arises. The room next to the bathroom would be for the washing machine and dryer, the (smaller) enclosed room for technology and storage / drinks. Although I am still unsure what "technology" means.
