Build as comfortable as it is now. The washbasin will be changed accordingly. Just take whatever fits now. The nursing service is only a limited contact person. Normally, this is done by the architect. There are standards. Look at the website I mentioned to you. Unfortunately, architects are only partially suitable. Those who design care facilities do not design private apartments. There are care bed inserts for normal beds. Whether a complete care bed is necessary is the question of whether home care is still possible. The kitchen studio can help with the kitchen height. At least good ones help determine the height.

You can install the sink however you like. We have it about 90 high, which fits me perfectly at 1.68 m. I already had that in the old house and kept it. Just try it out, make something out of crates or the like.

An ironing board is suitable for trying out the height, 2cm makes a big difference

Well, below the wastewater connection a sink would be rather suboptimal.

Connections preferably on the outside wall. Controlled residential ventilation can go on the ceiling. 200/300 liter tank and heat pump outside? You have a total of 8.55 sqm there … that’s not much! No partition wall helps if you constantly have to walk through the bathroom to get cleaning supplies because of it. That is also a barrier, even for healthy people. Since I’m already on the measurements: 3.60 x 4.20, and that with cleaning stuff etc., it’s already a bit of a cheek from the architect with the tiny dining table! I think he, the architect, designed the guest WC and the office to be barrier-free. Everything else can then continue to be used as before.
