Please simply roughly draw the building on the site plan, which should be dimensioned. What is supposed to be inside can then be better understood. The narrow corridor cannot be understood at all.

Changes have been made -> semi-detached house possible and 3 meter distance for the garage Yes, I mean 160 sqm living space for us to use and 80 sqm per floor. It is not the only priority, but we wanted to have the option for rental. Narrow hallway to lose as little space as possible. Regards Carina

The plan with these 2 changes has already been submitted and approved. The final version is expected in April or May. We have already been verbally assured that no more changes will come.
