What exactly should be included in these costs? And who estimated that, if there wasn’t even a finalized design yet?

That was offered by a prefab house company. It was a similar house, same shape but with a different interior layout, straight staircase. But also external exit, hipped roof, etc. Of course, we don’t know that for sure. Especially since the 600,000 included a basement apartment that doesn’t work in the current floor plan.

What does it look like in the rest of the residential area? Did everyone adhere to the ridge direction there? If not, the change should not be a problem.

You can drive in, but getting out will be difficult =D

5.5m for a double garage is possible, but not ideal. Assuming a mid-sized station wagon, it is about 2.1m wide. Two of those, and there is just a bit more than 30cm on each side per vehicle to get out. Plus, you still have the door threshold.

Honestly, how did you imagine getting out? Backing out along the street? You need a place to turn around. Therefore, the house should be moved further down according to the plan.

Ok, I understand, getting out is a good point. We need to plan differently for that. Backing out the entire driveway is difficult.

No, already turnkey, but with floor, walls, stairs and kitchen (which will certainly need to be expanded, it is rather basic). Additional construction costs not included, exactly.
