Floor plan design single-family house in L-shape

Yes, that was what I found through Google for Austrian building law in self-study, the architect said that was not correct and as long as the garage has an automatic gate, you can build directly on the property boundary. So in the worst case, we build closer to the boundary so that the house can still fit :/

With the now planned size, the garage must start at 3 m, because the building envelope is only 15 m.

Why? Can you maybe name specific things that might be perceived as disturbing?

From the spatial experience, I see nothing but a single haunted house. Specifically, the strangest to me is the mini light shaft air space above the stair entrance and the TV sofa chamber. And I can easily understand how one might find the bedroom failed – it looks very much like little space on a lot of area. And most door positions seem unfortunate to me.

It’s not perfectly traced like the original, but I absolutely had to furnish it, otherwise I can’t imagine anything from the paper plan.

If there are professional plan representations of this design, I could personally "read" them much better at least than the translation into consumer software. I never know which things got lost in translation. I do hope at least that the architect’s plans turned out better.
