Yes, the entrance area is also completely unacceptable to me. I keep seeing these floor plans where there is practically no space at the entrance. And then a family with 3 children. How absurd! And above all, why? Why do they make life so hell for themselves? Because of a guest room or a study? The priorities are completely wrong there. You enter and leave the house several times every day. I only have guests 2-3 times a year. And you can work with a laptop in the living room or better in a small corner of the bedroom. But the entrance area needs a wardrobe and at least 10m² of space to simply be in it first. Yes, and especially guests usually don’t come to stay overnight but rather to celebrate birthdays. Then you look pretty stupid when 10 people are expected to be satisfied with a niche cabinet that is already overflowing with their own clothes. So we are only two. We were not granted the joy of children. Nevertheless, I am amazed every day at all the stuff that accumulates in the entrance area. Shoes, jackets, laptop bags, bags, tons of mail, keys, hats, scarves and gloves, guest slippers, various phones with charging stations, a clock with a weather station, and all that without children. If I now imagine all the fuss with a toddler – and then all that in a 90cm hallway. Simply ridiculous!
