Floor plan design (semi-detached house of 240 sqm) - experiences?

I am currently working on a sketch. However, the development plan is very cryptic to me and I don’t understand everything about it.
I think going to an architect is necessary. How much should one budget for that? €6-7k? Or is a "first sketch" cheaper?

The additional construction costs and exterior facilities are listed separately and already taken into account. I came to about 80k€. Additional construction costs, purchase ancillary costs, exterior facilities (including own services) and architect.

Yes, we’re starting with very good companies and then downgrade step by step (e.g., fittings) as long as the house still meets our ideas. Maybe we are totally naive, but you have to start somewhere.
