This means concretely for you: you can take the usual semi-detached house project types as a source of inspiration up to the top edge of the upper floor; the total living area decreases slightly in the process; under the shallower gable roof, there may only be an attic as storage space; with 7m house width, it is more relaxed for you. But now, really.

Hello everyone,

I forgot to mention that the SD may be inclined 20-40 degrees. Sorry for the missing information.

I understand that we absolutely should build with the same construction partner (interaction of the two halves).
I am not familiar with the term GU. Is a Generalunternehmer someone who does both the planning and execution? So are these construction companies like Büdenbender and as mentioned above in the thread, or am I totally off track?
I will take a look at the post this evening after work, thank you very much for your tips.

As I said, I am completely new to this topic.

Regards

I will follow that, I already thought that was very naive. But you can try, I thought nothing would happen at first.

Yes, that’s right. You are the clients with your land. The GU builds the house for you and also plans it. But only the house. You are responsible for the land yourself. They help with obtaining necessary permits or utilities if you ask. Exactly. However, Büdenbender is, in my experience, about twice as expensive as what you can afford. But I already said: the companies you mentioned have a price per living square meter above 3000€.
