Thanks for your experience/opinion. We have already changed the passage/door situation in the living room in that direction ;).

Hello everyone,

Regarding the comments from you and also from ourselves, we have now changed the floor plan a bit. The biggest changes are as follows:
1. Width of the house increased by 50cm.
2. Passage from the living room to the reading room relocated.
3. For the upper floor, we have designed a second variant.

It would be great if you could give us further comments :p
Thanks in advance!

Good Morning

The access to the living room is still a disaster.
I would plan the house entrance and stairs differently.

Hello,

I basically like the arrangement of technology/household, kitchen, living room. Guest toilet in the entrance area as well.

I still find the bedroom above the utility room very questionable, since you also have a washing machine and dryer in there. The upper floor is quite fragmented in the northern part, narrow rooms, passage rooms.

The straight staircase is, IMHO, difficult to integrate. It cuts the floor plan of the house significantly and it is difficult to design compact traffic routes or square rooms around it. Are you very attached to this type of staircase?

Olli, I do understand Bau 2016 in the sense that they want the garage, the passage from there into the house, and thus also the wardrobe and house entrance in the north, and of course the living room in the south. In this way, the path from the house entrance to the living room has to be long - or how would you solve that? Remove the house entrance from the garage and have two entrance/wardrobe areas, I would find that equally bad.

Best regards

Good morning

I understand everyone here who wants to implement their ideas in the planning.

What I do not understand is,
not having the courage, time, desire, or whatever to start all over again.
not recognizing the advantages that come from a fresh start

Oh, and as an addition:

not apparent that one’s own skills are insufficient to design a house
