Floor plan design of a two-family house, city villa with a hipped roof

The property recommends an architect, not a draftsman. I would probably use this building volume more as a semi-detached house. Your usage concept is too vague to confusing for me.

The basic concept for the house is beyond question for me. I only need concrete suggestions for improvement regarding the room layout. The rest suits me as it is.

Well, without a specific target group, who is supposed to say anything... and I found the comments from regarding the orientation of balconies, parking spaces, etc. very fitting. I myself live in a rental building with 5 apartments on 3 floors. None of the apartments is like the other; all are customized.

The ground floor is occupied by my parents and the upper floor by me. Later, the ground floor may possibly be rented out.

Why should I completely change the floor plans of both apartments when this is the desired layout for both parties. In addition, unnecessary extra construction costs arise due to customization. Specifically, the floor plan suits us as it is. Now it's only about details on how it can possibly be optimized.
