Well, without a specific target group, who is supposed to say anything... and I found the comments from regarding the orientation of balconies, parking spaces, etc. very fitting. I myself live in a rental building with 5 apartments on 3 floors. None of the apartments is like the other; all are customized.
Why should I completely change the floor plans of both apartments when this is the desired layout for both parties. In addition, unnecessary extra construction costs arise due to customization. Specifically, the floor plan suits us as it is. Now it's only about details on how it can possibly be optimized.
