Well then, let's get to the point... how does it continue to rise? Because 210 cm is still not enough to build a basement [UG] in such a way that you can come out at ground level from the [EG]. Should 2 cars fit into the garage? Approximately which types?

I can't give exact height specifications at the moment. My parents' house is next door. I was also at the other neighbors' and looked at the plans. So I know the area quite well.

In the end, you can go out to the terrace level from the ground floor. Additionally, I probably have to move some earth.

2 cars:
Coupe, station wagon, motorcycle, tires, etc.

My dear German teacher would now say, "please speak in full sentences," I can't make sense of it.

Provision of information through short and concise content

Depths and heights:
Depth/Height: 0.8m/0.10m, 7.75m/1.78m, 16.25m/2.10m

At a property depth of 0.8m I have a property height of 0.10m relative to the street.
At a property depth of 7.75m I have a property height of 1.78mm relative to the street.
At a property depth of 16.25m I have a property height of 2.10m relative to the street.

Oh, I see. Roughly the same on both sides?
That would be about 23% / 13° slope at the beginning and after eight meters only 3.75% / 2° slope. I definitely don’t think of split level yet, nor much of an underground driveway. Even from the photo, the gradient looks very moderate.

I think the integration requirement might come into play if the house only starts where the neighboring houses almost "end".

In the area of the driveway, the slope is more moderate. (see pictures) It looks a bit different in the first pictures. I also wanted to build without a basement, but it doesn't pay off and doesn't look nice in the end.
