Actually, I was just about to write that views, especially of the ground contour, would be quite nice. The builder is always in the obligation to provide in this forum.

They will all be removed when it is drier.the trees are removed
I would start over, reorganize, and reconsider this "from the garage to the basement".
Will an architect still be involved?
You google floor plans. Or on Pinterest. Danwood also has very nice houses for inspiration
With the height details, I still can't imagine how the driveway with garage to the basement level is supposed to look and at the same time a ground-level exit from the main floor is supposed to be possible.
Views, especially of the ground slope, would be quite nice.
Before making a statement, I like to wait for more clarity about the surrounding conditions so that it can also be constructive.Do you really think the floor plan is that bad?
I would consider that a huge mistake. Trees are simply too useful (climate, shade, noise, visual and wind protection) to cut down even one too many. Cutting is quick, but it takes half a lifetime or more to correct. They will all be removed when it is drier.
