In my opinion, the number of rooms cannot be realized on 130m² in such a way that they have a corresponding and appropriate minimum size according to the room usage.
It is pointless to shrink the rooms arbitrarily. Either leave out rooms or add square meters. Everything else seems like nonsense to me - just like the initial floor plan.
What type of heating is planned? Is there a hot water storage tank? Maybe you could write that down so that the size of the utility room can be estimated.
I think for your wishes you need at least 140m² for it to be a reasonably livable and usable house.

Does it really have to be a shower in the guest bathroom? With just a few guests, it's not really worth it. Everyone has already said that you would have a serious storage space problem. By the way, the dressing room can also be created, for example, with large sliding doors, essentially creating a walk-in closet. That's how we will do it too. It takes up significantly less space than a dressing room. Then I would also put the door to the dressing room facing the bedroom. Or do you want to run naked through the hallway all the time?

Ground floor
Paint the shower guest WC. You can definitely use that space well in the HAR. It’s going to be quite tight. At least there won’t really be room for anything else next to the washing machine, dryer, fuse box, heater, water meter.

I would leave out the door to the kitchen. You absolutely need the area as storage and workspace. You can’t do much more than make coffee and heat up food in the microwave. It’s almost even less space than in my current kitchen.

Do you really need the study room as a guest and exercise room?

Upper floor
I would leave out the dressing room. Make the children’s room and bedroom a bit bigger instead.
Maybe divert some space from the hallway between the stairs and bathroom to create a small storage room. Or have a proper staircase to the attic. Your house lacks storage space and you have to put everything you don’t need under the roof.

Thank you for your quick and good answers. Yes, the kitchen is not yet as we want it, we have also considered leaving out the door and moving the kitchen. We would like a U-shaped kitchen, unfortunately she didn’t draw that. We had the idea of the dressing room because one of us works shifts and it also has some great advantages. But if it becomes too cramped because of that, we can also do without it. I think the sliding door is a good idea. Thanks :) A gas condensing boiler with solar is planned. We might also have to consider dropping a guest bathroom with a shower... hmmm. Yes, and the guest/sports room should be at least wide enough to, for example, set up a weight bench for squats and bench presses etc. The hallway can probably also be narrower or disappear entirely? I don’t really need it. But of course, I don’t know to what extent it has to be there... Enlarging will probably not be possible due to lack of funds. :( I can already see we still have some thinking to do. We have an appointment on Monday to discuss the plan. Let’s see what comes out of it then. :) What size do you consider appropriate for a children’s room? And what size for the utility room. Thank you.

I found the size of your children's rooms okay as is. They just shouldn’t be so narrow. Perhaps a non-square house would be better suited.

I think from 12 sqm and a slightly elongated shape they are good. 16 sqm are of course great.
