I suspect that in the existing building the roof is not developed. A concrete ceiling will be added over the first floor with the roof terrace and then an attic with a flat roof. Although the 25 cm exterior walls rather suggest a wooden construction. SOMETHING like that, of course, the elevations and sections could clarify. It will not be cheap. I would not place the doors of the dressing room on the exterior wall. Then plan the bathroom accordingly. Mirror the bedroom.
