Hello Hanghaus,

yes, it should be like in your png image. The 827m² will be even smaller - nothing has been measured yet and it is not finished. According to the municipality, it will be approximately 700m² because the plan is still changing a bit.
The garage is allowed on the border. When does one speak of a slope? I don’t know. The property has a slight incline. I would say from the street (highest point) to the hedge (lowest point) maybe down about 1m, max. 1.5m over the entire length.

but you can interpret a lot into the phrase "I can help myself".... I already know a bit more than just "driving to Bauhaus".

Then the distance between the contour lines is probably 1 m.

I searched the web for a nice floor plan.

What is located in the east?

Yes, the contour lines are always 1m. In the east, there is a 3m thick hedge. After the hedge, there is a 20m rock slab and then the terrain drops off about 20m in free fall. Below is the old town center with church, village square, etc.

I live a stone's throw away from the construction site and just want to build cost-effectively. But I don't know if a house made of bricks, beams, and on top, for example, thick sandwich panels can achieve KfW 55. I want to keep the technology inexpensive: air-to-air heat pump(s) and instantaneous water heater, no smart home stuff, I don't need any of that. I don't mind working a few hours after work or on Saturdays. I've always been a village kid and that's part of it.

Rather with a slight slope.

Plot #3 is not very suitable for a bungalow, about 12% gradient.

Where in Bavaria is that?

Where in Bavaria is that?

I’ll send it to you via PM, don’t want to post too much data in the forum.
Yes, I can very well imagine it the way you divided it. The parcel definitely loses some meters on the long side. But everything has to be measured and divided first.

edit: Can’t send PMs yet --> too few posts
