Floor plan concept idea bungalow 12x11m

Here is another picture from the street (doesn't look quite as wild)

There isn't much material (topsoil). After that comes the rock slab. Is that good or bad for a bungalow and the slight slope?
Push away a few centimeters of soil and then add the capillary-breaking gravel layer (60cm?). Then I will haul in some soil to fill up (garden).

How many houses have you built yourself already? I mean from start to finish with your own effort?

Basically, I think it's great when the builder is a man of action. But an entire house is truly a big challenge. It's easy to overestimate oneself. The main problems are especially lack of time, injury breaks, and at the very top of the list: exhaustion, especially if you also have a job. Maybe a shell construction would be a sensible alternative. I think any standard design from the manufacturer would already be an improvement. ;)

The hillside location makes the project even more difficult both in planning and regarding the budget. Without a professional, I see this going badly.
