We have already received some feedback from people in the extended circle of acquaintances who have built with Compacta, and all were satisfied. Compacta has informed us that they can build everything. We are just undecided whether our floor plan is optimal and where you see problems. Therefore, we are grateful for any suggestions. We will have to reconsider many things. We have already spent a lot of time in our living room measuring and moving objects back and forth.

No. Our planning started as follows. We looked at floor plans in model home exhibitions and noted the sizes of rooms that we liked. Additionally, some friends have built houses and we also obtained their floor plans. From this, we created a draft and sent it to Compacta, and this is what came out.
Unfortunately, due to Corona, we have not yet had a personal meeting to discuss the draft with the architect.

Well, it is based on one of the first two city villas on their homepage. They may have crammed your desired specifications into one of their model houses. I would recommend anyway, if somehow you get in touch with your general contractor: choose a model house from them and modify it according to your preferences.
