I would be careful. If something goes wrong with the property, you have a house construction contract and have to pay an expensive penalty fee to get out of it again.
The property is directly from the district, which is why it is so cheap (untraceable community of heirs from the 18th century blah blah, therefore sale via the district). The acquisition of ownership is somewhat complicated there.
Either there is a connection between the construction company and the property or not. The tax office sends a questionnaire for this, which must be signed with a penalty clause.
House construction. The matter with the property will probably drag on for another 3-4 months.
Where do these newbies always come from who ask their questions here without first reading for at least a week about which stupidities have already been warned a thousand times?
I would definitely not sign that. At least a clause regarding a failed land purchase and financing must be included. Is the land already included in the house construction contract? Then you probably won't get around the linked transaction.
Personally, I would only sign that with an extended right of withdrawal. Or some note that the cancellation period only begins with the acquisition of the land.
Interesting. If you are the minority, then at least two other people are involved in the discussion here. Unless it is a love triangle, at least one parent-in-law decides on the type of your house. Or even more?

Oh dear. By now I definitely feel confirmed in my initial feeling that you will certainly experience a rude awakening here. Please read up deeply here until the appointment as quickly as possible; once you have done this sufficiently, you will cancel it on your own.

Don't underestimate what cats have to say to their can openers ;-)
