Hello everyone,
I am currently having a hard time -> finding the right floor plan and orientation for our house / the plot.
If I position it parallel to the adjoining street (Yellow), I feel like I miss the sun in the evening due to the orientation; if I place it directly facing south, I feel like I lose too much land because of this setback regulation, and on top of that, I am still attached to the tree strip (densely covered with trees and shrubs).
A double garage is also planned and should be on the west side of the house (currently not drawn in); originally, it was also planned in the northeast -> then the house moves further into the sharp corner again (it is tricky).
The house is about 13m x 12.5m, and currently has a planned height of about 8.5m. The visible overhang is already included in the dimensions and serves as a dining area as well as a balcony.
What would you do?
By the way, the plot has 1000m².
Best regards and have a nice day,
Sky
