In terms of concrete look, I recommend watching videos on Youtube about "Floortec Mineralico". Then the price might become understandable. We had an offer of nearly €200 per sqm from a specialist company.
Without having read everything, I recommend checking in the "Mörtelshop" (written with oe). In my assessment, the operator has extensive knowledge about concrete and is happy to share it (he also has the corresponding store). I cannot judge whether he is expensive or cheap, but I consider it much more important than the price that you can trust your advisor (which I do, without personally knowing Mr. Backstein).

For the same reason, we also dismissed it. In addition, it really has to be carried out conscientiously. If someone does not do it constantly, the risk is very high that it won't look like the pictures you know from the internet. And if someone does it constantly, he/she will have the expertise and demand appropriate payment regardless of the material. We ended up going back to parquet after all.
I also don't know how it looks with the pore openness of the coating. Tiles are - if fired accordingly - "dense". How it is with [Mineralico], I can't say.
In the entire upper floor (except the bathroom), we want to have installed: Wineo 1500 Purline Bioboden Wood XL, decor Crafted Oak, glued installation, with joint, size 1500 x 250 mm, product thickness 2.5 mm, usage class 23/34/43
I think the word "bio" doesn't really fit with the processing method "gluing." To me, 2.5 millimeters!!! material thickness is too thin for living areas because I would feel like walking directly on hard stone. Have you ever tried walking on it? Also in glued installation, that is on screed?
The floor on the ground floor looks nice in pictures but the manufacture can be very problematic. You can replace any click floor if necessary, BUT this one is fixed in place. I would not advise taking any risks there.
