You want paving stones with underfloor heating? I've never heard of that before. The weight of the car is already difficult with underfloor heating,... The floor covering must also have a thermal conductivity that is sufficient to warm the garage,... Tiles will probably be the most sensible. A drain in the middle and the tiles with a slight slope so that snow and rain can drain away.

Thank you all already for your ideas/opinions!!!!

A pit would be great, but can you get the cover for it flush without a tripping edge to the ground? And what should be considered with a pit???... What should the dimensions be?

A smooth edge can be achieved quite easily by creating a step 5 - 15 cm wide on the garage floor to the right and left of the pit. This step should be as deep as the available wooden planks are high. These can then be cut to the required width and used for covering.

whereas I, the spoilsport, would like to call into question the approval capability of a pit...

And at the same time thank you for the "tip," even though there will still be plenty of discussions with my government and I already hold the lunatic explanation anyway

In my further research, it turned out that many in your workshop lay OSB boards, that is, on the concrete instead of screed, Styrodur (or similar) and two (layers) of OSD boards waterproof glued and laid floating on top. These are then sealed. I would find that very interesting, but whether the boards can withstand it when the wet car is standing on them, since quite a bit of water accumulates there. What do you think???
