All not bad ideas, so far my idea to pave the floor is getting more and more refined, the stones would have to be without chamfer so that it becomes a smooth floor, only I still have a few questions; can moisture rise from below? If yes, can that be prevented? Can such a floor possibly be insulated? Could an underfloor heating be installed underneath??

DIY solution? The questions rather raise the issue of whether someone knowledgeable should plan this.

Paving - and in the end as a smooth finish? Such clean, sharp-edged paving probably doesn't exist (or do you want marble paving?) - and then please consider the thermal behavior. Then take into account the load on the ground when determining the substructure - from insulation to reinforcement, layer thickness builds, etc. And then the heating issue can also be considered.

No worries, this will of course be planned by an architect. I just want to gather information beforehand in order to be able to make targeted suggestions/questions to the architect.

Take a look under Isolate Bodenbeschichtung, although it is in Bawü, maybe they can help you further.

Definitely make a pit, even if you are not a mechanic yourself. Your heirs will thank you!

I have already thought about it too, although everyone would then call me crazy
