Compared to us, everything is very cheap. Except for sanitary/heating - that seems quite expensive to me so far.

thank you for your feedback!

we have a gable roof without roof windows but with two flat roof cores. unfortunately, extensive greening is required on the flat roofs. :( but that is now the regulation.
tiles including roofing 4800 euros. if we did the roofing ourselves, we could save another 1500 euros.

thank you Sebastian; then we will already plan more budget for painting.

what did you approximately spend on plumbing and heating?

3 times to go please at this price. Heating/plumbing including heat pump and underfloor heating for 190 sqm area is definitely not overpriced.

Basically, you can only say something about the front door here - everything else cannot be quantified without knowing the exact service behind it. Therefore, you also cannot say whether it is expensive or cheap.

For example, heating is significantly more expensive for me (and that without a heat pump). Electricity, on the other hand, is cheaper. But how does that help you?

It all comes down to a comparison like:

Car: €24,000
Bicycle: €500
Boat: €18,000

-> do you understand what I mean?

Windows, for example, can be wood/aluminum in one case - then they are immediately 40% more expensive. Besides, it depends on the type of windows as well as the quantity, etc., etc.... The same basically applies to the shell construction, the roof, electrical, sanitary, etc., etc....

We also have a pitched roof with two flat roof cores plus the double garage as a flat roof.

4800 euros just for roofing is not serious - or did you only request the roofing with tiles?

What about USB or insulation boards? Battens? Sealing of the flat roofs? Greening? Eaves and verge cladding? Drainage?

There are often optional items in the offers that hit hard. And the request for quotation is also decisive - if that is imprecise, it will be expensive later.

And everything usually gets more expensive anyway ;)

We have heating and plumbing for almost 250 sqm of heated area and four bathrooms for just under 45,000 euros including geothermal heat pump, but excluding drilling (plus 7k).
