The ceiling and windows have good insulation. The heating is needed that high because there are 2 elderly people living in the house who like it very, very warm (which I don’t want to take away from them at their age and health).
What do you mean by thermal balancing? There is no basement?
The outbuilding is only used (e.g. plants are kept there in winter) and is not regularly inhabited. In one room it can happen occasionally that a guest stays overnight, then this room is heated more.
In the future, it may also happen that, for example, a caregiver is needed. She would then sleep there, and in winter I would also need the outbuilding (that room) heated. Therefore, maybe a larger dimensioning wouldn’t be bad, I just think so.
