374 T € without outdoor facilities for 193 sqm living space. incl. basement and double garage. 315 T € without basement, 295 T € without double garage. We were similar for the house with similar size... however in Lower Saxony.

I forgot to mention that we are planning a granny flat for later in the basement :rolleyes:. This means the connections for kitchen and bathroom are already being planned. Floor heating is also in the basement.
Correct, there are no sanitary fixtures in the offer yet. They will be added later.

But it still costs a few euros. You can easily plan a mid four-figure amount for the natural stone for the stairs / platform.

What about the double garage? Also built with masonry or prefabricated parts?
