I still somehow can't believe it........ are the houses already standing? Development costs included? Earthworks?

Where approximately is it supposed to be? At that price, of course, it sells really well. But it's somehow strange.

Reputable developer?

Yes, the rent is going away. Together with your surplus of 700€, after financing there will still be 160€ left. I had only seen the 700€ saving rate for the house in the calculation afterward, so it came across a bit confusing. That then remains for everything else that’s fun, you need to be aware of that. And if a second child is expected, it will certainly get tighter. If your wife works again on the side, is childcare arranged and are the costs for it covered as well?

With 560 €, I don't believe you can cover all these items: - Clothes, - Replacements in the household, - Costs for garden maintenance (flowers/soil)/ purchases like lawn mower/flower pots/water hose/composter/gardening tools - Outings/cinema/sports - Vacation - Car costs for repairs/inspection/tires/savings for new purchase - Savings for the house The first 4 items alone amount to almost 500 € on average for us.

Yes, it is a well-known property developer, having built a few hundred houses. All development costs and earthworks are included. They will be built about 20 km south of Frankfurt.

No catch with the price. That is also the reason why we currently lean towards this one and not a used one. The used one would be almost just as expensive but without considering the renovation costs.

Pretty clear: houses too cheap (unrealistic) and income too low. Recommend continuing to save or increasing income.

Actually, I didn't want to discuss the price of the house. Everything is fine. Of course, there will be notary fees and taxes added, that's clear, no realtor fees apply.

I was only concerned with an income and expenses calculation.
