Hello,

The terraced house should cost about €205,000 in Hesse; excluding painting and floor coverings. If I leave out the special requests, the plot including the owed connections, parking spaces, and access would just cost about €94,500. You won’t find that in the Rhein Main area; meaning, there is surely a catch somewhere. No one gives anything away; especially no economically minded businessman!

I hope you don’t want to create demand through the back door that won’t actually be fulfilled?

Rhenish greetings

Is there an Immo link for the planned houses that you could send us (the construction expert and me) via private message?

Otherwise, I have the remark that you save insurance premiums if you pay annually (to my knowledge around 5%, and small savings add up)

Thanks!

I thought I was already stupid!

Maybe it is a leasehold... Although even then it would be a snap. 20 km before FFM? Impossible at that price...

Hello ,

the OP sent me a link; it is about a building project near Rödermark. If I may believe Boris Hessen, the land there costs €340.00/sqm. So, a good €68k are attributed to the land portion. Since the LBS is involved and I know how they operate, they will not only make money from the land. 135 sqm on 3 floors, with an estimated house width of 5.50 m, I don't find that really great.

Even though I don't know the cost calculation - apart from central heating there is hardly any useful information in the exposé - anyone who has built in Hesse can calculate that, given the supposed bargain, they definitely have not paid too many euros for their building project ;)

I still think that building at all costs should not be the be-all and end-all ....

Rhenish greetings
