Hello,

apart from the space requirements, the increasing number of pellet heating systems according to various studies also leads to higher demand for pellets, which is likely to drive the price up almost in sync with oil or gas.

In my opinion, a future-proof technology should be installed without dependence on any fuels or alternatively a classic gas condensing boiler (because it is the cheapest to purchase).

Regards,

Dirk

So, I have now made a very detailed (I went back through my banking program for the last 3 years) household budget list. All in all, we should be able to put aside about 1400 euros/month without any problems. In addition, there are 2 secure annual one-time payments. That should then be around 30,000 euros.

Hello Dirk,

I basically agree with that opinion as well. Moving from one (oil, gas) dependence to another is never good, and no one can predict the market price of pellets in 10-20 years.

Well... that's where the extra costs start. And just wait when it comes to equipment, etc., the needs aren't that big." Yeah, yeah. I know that. That's the reason why many at some point can't stick to their initial cost estimate, but have to add another 50,000 on top. Besides, I can't imagine that Town & Country gets full creditworthiness from the banks like Bien-Zenker (Bien-Zenker and Town & Country are not the same), but I just assume that, I don't actually know. But please consider!

Well, that's speculation for now, although I know what you're getting at and generally agree with you. The more you deal with something, the bigger the wishes become. However, the wishes must never be bigger than the wallet - maybe I come out of the sales talk with my wishes and the price has doubled. Who knows? And don't worry about the financing. I work in the public sector and practically right at the source ;)

So what? Me too, it only helped me in that I am more creditworthy than I can afford... I earn more than what I get and my wishes are therefore not smaller ;)
