Financial requirements for building a prefabricated house

Same here. :) 130-140 sqm. Kfw 70 (how do you want to heat?). Open living/dining/kitchen area, no basement. Bay window and balcony etc. we also don’t need.

We have already heard so many different things about the heating options. Some swear by air/air – others say earth heat is better... I'm curious what we will decide on.

These equity ratios at banks are not just rough, they are very rough. And personal circumstances always have to be taken into account.

But if you save 30,000 EUR in 18 months, that is good evidence for affordability in the amount of a rate of 1,600 EUR + current cold rent.
