Financial requirements for building a prefabricated house

thank you for the hint. I didn't know that - of course it is not a requirement, but I also understand how realistic such a value being offered can be. Without a real plot with unknown conditions, such an offer is anyway guesswork when it comes to the plot.

A solid builder will always offer including the base slab and would never dare—if this is to be constructed by the client—to build on top of it.

If you set this comparison as a condition, you have to move among FH providers.

Then there are the additional centimeters that have to be added... and suddenly you have a pile of 200 sqm of topsoil on your property (actually more than grown, as it has been excavated), which also needs to be hauled away again -> additional costs :(
