Turn it once and rearrange the furniture and you can't keep up anymore. I think you're getting old.

I don't want to say "central point" right away, but it is somewhat of a key cherry on top for the house's taste experience.

As many have already said here: the entrance area is a no-go. You can’t even calmly take off your coat without the next person coming in bumping into you. And that in a house of this size? As I said: no-go.
Access through the garage might be a nice gimmick, but not really necessary. Personally, I would probably just stop the car briefly in front of the front door, carry my groceries into the kitchen, and then drive the motorcycle into the garage. Carrying my groceries through that door and then through the narrow corridor to the kitchen is out of the question for me.

The kitchen itself can be planned much better. Exit from the kitchen directly onto the terrace, so you don’t have to run halfway around the house for every glass of wine. And then a nicer kitchen layout than this 80s U-shape. There is space, so put in something ergonomically more sensible than that U (my favorite remains a kitchen with two parallel running rows, one of them as a (half) island).

A utility room on the upper floor should be possible given the size and makes sense.

A dressing room can easily be separated from the bedroom: remove the wall stub with the sliding door and extend the wall between the bedroom and dressing room with a door into the bedroom. That gives a few more centimeters of closet, and you could, for example, make the door to the hallway out of (frosted) glass if the dressing room doesn’t get a window itself (which would be a no-go for me too, but it works – but it’s not exactly nice. I wouldn’t want to get dressed in a dark hole all the time. But that’s a matter of taste).

How often do you have guests? Does such a huge guest room really have to be there? To me, it only makes sense if you really often have guests for extended periods. Otherwise, I would make it a multifunctional room and combine guest and office. Then I would rather install a children’s bathroom upstairs and completely separate the area for the parents (then maybe you’ll also find a slightly brighter option for the dressing room). Overall, I personally prefer my office in the public rather than the private area. If I work from home, I like to have a tea or so. For that, having to always run to the other floor when you could also have the office downstairs... hmm... I wouldn’t do it like that.
