Would try to integrate a small utility room upstairs. That's where the laundry accumulates

I would swap the office and child 2. Then child 2 is a bit away from the street.

On the ground floor I don't like the area
hallway, stairs, building services, WC. Cornery, cramped, not inviting

Cooking, eating, living I like and the right sofa is marked

I agree... The floor plan is basically a good start up to the middle.

What bothers me a lot is the absolute access to the garage, which then ends in the corridor labyrinth and, in the actually relatively narrow area at the front door (in relation to the house). I just compared this with my apartment entrance area. There is about 250 cm squared, which is very comfortable when having visitors.

I also see laundry upstairs, especially because of the location of the utility room.

18 sqm for the study is quite large, but basically the house is very big as well.

Questions: This slanted garage driveway – is it really necessary? I think it looks bad when standing in front of the house and doesn’t give you any advantage when entering the driveway. The property boundary is less visible than the edges of the house outdoors.

You could save a lot of space and this hamster corridor if you remove the entrance from the garage. Better to cover it outside. Possibly then reconsider the position of the stairs. There is no peace in this large house – that must be clear to you. Everything rattles through the living area. Additionally, it might enlarge the hallway.

Overall, I quite like it. What I notice is the black-and-white view. The corner window with the terrace exit in the kitchen doesn't really match the upstairs window above. I would combine the terrace door with a normal window (overall then the width of the window from the study upstairs) and then place a normal window on the south side facing the terrace or change the exit to the terrace to the south side, which of course would require a different kitchen layout.

I agree. By the way, it’s not even worth mentioning how rarely I get caught in drizzle on the half kilometer between the front door and the garage door – and I have never been attacked by problem bears there either

Many thanks first of all! I have started working on the entrance area and tried to get a bit more out of it.

I do not want to add a bay window there to enlarge the area; if necessary, I would set the front door flush with the wall at most, although I am actually quite satisfied with the dimensions achieved now. I have attached a few pictures of the changes.

I modified and moved the door and the passage to the living area; both were also drawn a bit too thick. In addition, I quickly made the wall behind the built-in closet from the 36.5 cm stone to a 24 cm one... I actually don't care if that works? I don’t know... but that would be great, there would be 12 centimeters more in the passage... And the two lines should not represent steps but a passage/separation to the living area; here I still want to keep open the option of possibly installing a glass door to separate the living area. This would then firmly characterize the entrance area as such and also have a windbreak function when completely open. What do you think about the dimensions?

Regarding the passage to the garage, I think I would miss it very much every time I leave the house if I build without it... The corridor also has the advantage that guests, if you happen to be in the garage together (winter birthday...), can go directly there to the guest WC. As an alternative, it might be possible to enlarge the utility room and plan the passage there. However, I would rather not have people walking through there when laundry or other things are hanging/lying around...

I also thought about the slanted garage wall for a long time... Tomorrow I will attach two comparison pictures Straight/Slanted. In my eyes, I actually found the slanted version prettier and more harmonious than the straight version, as this, due to the given narrowing of the property in the area of the recess to the house edge, rather looks like a narrowing to the driveway side that doesn’t belong there.
